I think from the outset of meeting me you will realize I am significantly different from most real estate agents. I will not immediately jump in with, "So how many rooms do you want, how large of a house, what's your price range...?" that most others do. This is because their focus is on sales where mine is something I like to call Emotional Cooperation.
Most people don't just purchase a home, they are actually purchasing the solution to some problem that the home represents. That might seem like semantics but there is a significant difference in how people approach you. My goal is to completely understand your situation on an emotional level so that I can be the best representative I can be.
With that being said, statistically 70% of homes are found by the buyer without reference from a real estate agent, using the internet.
If I don't find the home for you, I will reduce my commission. Seems fair.
